JOB ROLE
You will be crucial in overseeing a variety of property-related issues and making sure that transactions are carried out smoothly. Strong technical proficiency, business acumen, and painstaking attention to detail are necessary for this practical, office-based role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Oversee and support all facets of deals involving residential and commercial real estate.
- Perform due diligence, property searches, and title checks.
- Create, examine, and negotiate leases, contracts, and other paperwork.
- Keep up-to-date case files, documentation, and adherence to all legal and regulatory obligations.
- Assist partners and fee earners throughout the property department with administrative and legal matters.
- Help with post-completion tasks, such as stamp duty and registration submissions.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- A minimum of five years of PQE and a solid foundation in residential and/or commercial property law.
- Qualified in the UK.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large caseload.
- Outstanding communication and drafting abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Competent with the Microsoft Office Suite and case management tools.
- The capacity to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, formal setting.
