Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Programmed Work Caretaker to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing Management Operations.
Position: Programmed Work Caretaker
Rate: £20.65 ph Umbrella
Contract Duration: 5 Months with possible extension
Working Arrangement: Fully Onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Remove bulky items and fly tips from internal and external areas of housing sites across the borough.
- Carry out deep internal and external cleaning (including bin/bin chambers and graffiti) across the housing sites in line with the deep cleaning programme.
- Carry out window cleaning for the communal areas up to third floor across the housing sites in line with the programmed schedules.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- Previous experience working in a Programmed Work Caretaker or a similar role.
- Driving Licence Required
