Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a local authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their housing operations.

Location: West London

Rate: £300 a day (Umbrella)

Contract: 3 months (Possible Extension)

Hybrid: 4 days in the office

Duties:

  • Act as a programme manager for the Director of Housing and Housing Department Management Team and across the Housing and Homelessness Service.
  • Oversee and manage the overall programme of work and business including supporting the day-to-day management of the Director of Housing.
  • Develop and implement business strategy, planning and performance monitoring, budget oversight and monitoring, helping Housing to operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Supporting on the Structural Changes in Housing and Homelessness Service.
  • Lead on the improvement plan of Internal communications across Housing.

Job Requirements:

  • MSP (Managing Successful Projects) practitioner, or demonstrable equivalent experience in the use of programme management disciplines.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and programmes of significant scale, scope and complexity in a complex organisation.
  • Previously developed and secured agreement to two or more full business cases at programme level, with change costs in excess of £1M.
