JOB ROLE
Our team offers sensitive and expert advice to individuals and bereaved families who have suffered or lost a loved one as a result of an injury and wish to make a ‘no win no fee’ claim for compensation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Report directly to Department Director
- Ability to manage appropriate caseload types and complexities
- Dealing with correspondence
- Assisting with casework including dealing with a range of Personal Injury cases that have been issued at court.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- 2-6 years of PQE in clinical negligence and personal injury law
- Clean valid certificate
- Professional approach
- Excellent IT skills
