Position: Team Manager Rate: £57,402.00 Contract Duration: Permanent Purpose: Lead a team of Social Workers to provide outstanding service for children and families, focusing on intervention and safeguarding the wellbeing. Job Responsibilities: Allocating workload to appropriate staff members, and manage the caseload, in the form of supervision, performance management, monitoring care plans and quality assurance/case audits Chair case meetings and reviews to ensure care plans meet the requirements and promote child’s best interests and safety. Allocate performance targets to improve the service, focus on the maintenance and monitoring of reporting, care plans, workload, and outcomes. Working in partnership across internal and external services.
