Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in North West London, are looking for an experienced PCN Appeals Officer to join their team and play a crucial role within their Parking Services Operation.

Position: PCN Appeals Officer

Rate: £28 p/h Umbrella

Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible Extension

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Duties:

  • Assesses and processes appeals against traffic and parking fines issued by a local authority.
  • Mainly responsible for processing School Street Representations.
  • Reviewing informal and formal challenges to PCNs by weighing mitigating circumstances against traffic legislation and policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience of processing representations and appeals.
  • Knowledge of parking legislation.
  • Previous experience working as a PCN Appeals Officer or similar role.
  • Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
