Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Central London.

Position: Litigation Solicitor
Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience
Location: Central London (Hybrid)
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

• Take on a wide range of cases across property and commercial litigation.
• Provide high-quality advice to clients including small to medium businesses and private individuals.
• Receive direct referrals from some of the firm’s other departments including Conveyancing, Probate and Family.
• Regularly meet with the department to share knowledge, discuss tactics and update the team on recent developments.
• Provide supervision, where appropriate, to junior members of staff.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE experience in Litigation matters.
• Willingness to partake in business development activities.
• Knowledge of both property and commercial litigation with previous experience of working with privately paying work with individuals.
