Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing Operations.
Position: Lettings Manager
Rate: £32.01 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Work arrangement: Hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
- To communicate with prospective tenants and stakeholders, providing lettings advice and keeping all parties informed.
- Ensure that performance targets are met and a culture of performance management, customer care, value for money and resident/service users’ empowerment is embedded across the team.
- Contribute to the voids performance by carrying out the processing and interviewing of prospective tenants, as well as signing up new tenants.
Job Requirements:
- Good knowledge of housing legislation and guidance including homelessness and landlord and tenant law.
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- At least 1 year experience within a Lettings Manager role or equivalent.
