Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a local authority in East London, are looking for an experienced Lead Developer to join their team and play a crucial role in their housing system operations.
Position: Lead Developer
Location: East London
Rate: Β£350 a day (Umbrella)
Contract: 6 months (Possible Extension)
Duties:
- Act as the technical subject matter expert for NEC system configuration.
- Maintain strict configuration consistency across all environments (Dev, Test, Pre-Prod, Training, Prod) and NEC modules.
- Drive high standards for NEC module configuration, release management, integration reliability, and data governance.
- Monitor overall performance, health, and stability across all technical environments.
- Lead technical engagement in NEC vendor calls, managing system patches, upgrade releases, and configuration changes.
Job Requirements:
- Strong background managing environment release pipelines, system patching, and deployment strategy.
- Experience in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting configuration across core NEC modules and environments.
- Practical experience testing, troubleshooting, and signing off
on third-party API integrations connected to core systems. - Solid understanding of data governance, database
cloning protocols, migration assurance, and security best practices.
