Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy public sector client in Clacton-on-Sea, are looking for an experienced iTrent/Business Objects Specialist to join their team and play a crucial role in their HR and Payroll optimisation.

Position: iTrent/Business Objects Specialist
Rate: Β£350 per day (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: Temp (Jan 2027) Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: Fully On-site

Job Purpose:

  • In this role, you will help optimise our core HR and payroll infrastructure, streamline staff lifecycle workflows, and support key technical projects across the council.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Analytics: Assist with the creation, development, and automated scheduling of reporting via Business Objects.
  • Data & Reconciliations: Perform detailed data analysis and reconciliations using advanced spreadsheet tools.
  • System Configuration & Maintenance: Help implement configuration changes, process improvements, and system upgrades within iTrent.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience creating Business Objects reports to a
    mid-to-high level of complexity.
  • Mid-to-high proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for
    complex data manipulation and reconciliations.
  • Practical experience supporting, configuring, and developing MHR
    iTrent software.
