Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Income Maximisation Officer to join their team and play a crucial role within their Engineering Operation
Role: Income Maximisation Officer
Pay: £275 a day Umbrella
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Contract Length: 6 months rolling
Location: West London
Responsibilities:
- To maximise rental income and reduce arrears through proactive engagement with tenants, early intervention, and effective case management.
- Work closely with residents, internal departments, and external agencies to sustain tenancies, improve collection performance, and support customers experiencing financial hardship.
- Undertake home visits, attend meetings, and engage directly with residents to support tenancy sustainment and arrears reduction.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
- Experience working in a Income Maximisation Officer or similar role
- Car access + License
