Income Assistant in London

Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Experienced Income Assistant to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing Operations.
Position: Income Assistant
Rate: £24.56 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 3Month possibility of extension
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Duties:

• Deliver an efficient and robust administrative function to the Rent Income Team.
• Provide residential and non-residential rent collection services to all tenants.
• Deal with tenant enquiries by providing rent account balances and making repayment arrangements.

Job Requirements:

• At least a year’s experience of working in a social housing environment in a similar or related role
• Previous experience as a Income Assistant And Lettings Officer or similar role.
• Previous experience working in the Public Sector.
