Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Housing IT Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their IT housing management operations.
Position: Housing IT Manager
Rate: £36.08 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: Temp (Dec 2026) Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Purpose:
- This role is to manage MRi Housing One + Self Serve Portal for residents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the ongoing development of applications in line with business expectations, whilst building relationships with business managers and collaborating with users.
- Manage staff in the team, who develop, maintain, train and troubleshoot the applications.
- Manage contracts with suppliers and relationships with partners, to manage product development, integrations, security and product roadmaps.
Job Requirements:
- Experienced in managing Housing Management Systems such as Housing One, NEC or OpenHousing.
- Experienced in administering MRi Housing One and resident Self Service portals.
- Experienced in supporting integrations between housing systems and portals.
