Homeless Intervention and Prevention Officer in London

Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a Local Authority in South London, are looking for an experienced Experienced Homeless Intervention and Prevention Officer to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing Operations.
Position: Homeless Intervention and Prevention Officer
Rate: £30 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 6Month possibility of extension
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Duties:

• Interviewing and assessing homelessness application
• Making S184 decisions.
• Carrying out home visits to establish homelessness and trying and prevent homelessness where possible
• Making enquiries with different agencies.

Job Requirements:

• Driving License Required
• Previous experience as a Homeless Intervention and Prevention Officer or similar role.
• Previous experience working in the Public Sector.
