Health & Safety Advisor in London

Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Housing Group in Central London, are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join their team and play a crucial role within their Housing Operations

Position: Health & Safety Advisor
Rate: £250 a day umbrella (Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Up to 8 months
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Duties:

• Provide “knowledge expert” advice on the management of health and safety at work to ensure compliance with the CDM Regulations 2015 for all relevant construction projects
• To conduct site inspections, monitor contractors and operatives, and ensure works adhere to safety plans, providing assurance and identifying improvements.
• Carry out Incident investigations as appropriate and report conclusions.

Job Requirements:

• NEBOSH General and/or Construction Certificates and IOSH membership.
• Valid UK driving licence with a personal vehicle.
• Experience of CDM Regulations 2015.
• Previous experience working for a Association or similar organisation
• Previous experience working within a Health & Safety Advisor Officer role or similar
