Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in South West London, are looking for an experienced FM Audit & H&S Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their Property Service Operations.
Position: FM Audit & H&S Manager
Rate: £35.94 ph Umbrella
Contract Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension
Work arrangement: Hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead on the auditing of FM Building Compliance and Health & Safety, providing comprehensive monthly assurance reports to the FM Hard Services Manager and Assistant Director of FM.
- Identify, track, and escalate any gaps or slippage within the annual Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) plan, ensuring timely resolution and risk mitigation.
- Review and approve internal and external Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)—including RAMS, site rules, and Permit to Work documentation—to ensure suitability and compliance with legislative requirements and standards.
- Health and Safety Qualification e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, Responsible person
- Technical knowledge of M&E systems
- Experience of working in local authority Facilities Management
