Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Crime Duty Solicitor to join their team in London.

Position: Crime Duty Solicitor
Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience
Location: London
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

• Representing clients detained at police stations.
• Managing a caseload of criminal defence cases covering a full range of offences.
• Conducting advocacy in the Magistrates Court, including summary trials.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Qualified Solicitor with minimum 1 year PQE.
• Police station accredetited.
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload with minimal supervision.
