Key responsibilities include
- Undertaking screening, risk assessment and safety planning with victims and survivors of domestic abuse.
- Providing emotional and practical support tailored to individual needs.
- Supporting children and young people affected by domestic abuse to access therapeutic and emotional support services.
- Working alongside social workers, police, MARAC, health services, Cranston and other specialist agencies to coordinate effective support.
- Advocating on behalf of survivors and ensuring safeguarding concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the continued development of the service.
