Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Experienced Customer Experience Officer to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing Operations.
Position:
Customer Experience Officer
Rate: Β£27.36 ph Umbrella
Contract Duration:
3 Months
Working Arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote but this is flexible.

Job Duties:

  • Somebody to clear the backlog of MP enquiries.
  • Need someone for stage 2 complaints responses.
  • Support with compensation claims.
Job Requirements:
  • Basic DBS
  • Previous experience in a Customer Experience Officer or similar role.
  • Previous experience working in the Public Sector.
