Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority based in West London, are looking for an experienced Condition Surveyor to join their team and play a crucial role in their Contracting and Procurement Operations.
Position: Condition Surveyor
Rate: £21.41 p/h PAYE
Contract Duration: 6 Months possible extension
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
- To assess properties against the Decent Homes standard, including carrying out Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) assessments in relation to surveys.
- To inspect the condition of estate, boundaries, footpaths and communal areas within estates and blocks of flats.
- To complete stock condition survey inspections of owned and leased properties in order to complete stock condition surveys
- To be an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor and carry RdSAP 9.94 and RdSAP 10 surveys for the creation of Energy Performance Certificates
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- Level 4 or 5 building or construction qualification, or equivalent through relevant training and experience.
- Excellent knowledge and recent experience as a Condition Surveyor or similar role.
