Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in East London, are looking for an experienced Commercial Waste Sales Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their sustainability & environment operations.
Position: Commercial Waste Sales Manager
Rate: £35.29 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (3 months) Possible Extension
Purpose:

• To develop commercial waste sales and consistently increase the financial turnover of the commercial portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Commercial Waste Sales Manager will plan and manage their working day (hours) to ensure they operate efficiently and maximise sales opportunities.
• To be accountable to the Senior Commercial Sales Officer for routinely achieving commercial sales and for meeting sales targets set.
• Ensuring any issues impacting a sales officer's ability to make sales are brought to the notice of the Senior Sales Officer and that issues are rectified at the earliest opportunity.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• A salesperson who can present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
