JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
- Handle or manage (depending on experience level) a caseload of Civil Litigation matters.
- Advise clients on a range of general litigation matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
- Maintain regular and high-quality legal advice to clients.
- Ensure compliance is met at all times with SRA regulations.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Qualified solicitor with previous experience in Civil Litigation matters.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
- Able to handle or manage a litigation caseload.
