Position: Social Worker
Rate: £37.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 3–6 Months
Purpose: Managing own caseload of children and young people, delivering effective interventions to safeguard and promote their welfare.
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct working with children and families, managing own caseloads.
- Undertake assessments, care planning and reviews.
- Work with children in need, child protection and looked after children.
- Promote permanency planning and positive outcomes for children.
- Work collaboratively with multi agency professionals.
Job Requirements:
- Must have experience within Children’s Services.
- Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, MSc or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and legislation.
