Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in Whitechapel, are looking for an experienced Children Law Solicitor to join their team and play a crucial role in their Private & Public Children's Department.
Position: Children Law Solicitor
Salary: Negotiable (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake a mix of public & private children and domestic abuse work both legal aid and privately funded.
- Undertaking advocacy on your cases and for colleagues.
- Ensuring that practices and procedures in the firm and departmental manuals are accurately adhered to in order to maintain professional, Legal Aid Agency, Lexcel and firm standards.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a law firm.
- Children Law Solicitor with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
