Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Child Care Solicitor to join their team in London.

Position: Child Care Solicitor

Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience

Location: Central London

Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION

The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Provide expert advice to parents, other family members, interveners and children.
  • Work on a varied range of care work including Emergency and Police Protections orders, Care and Supervision orders, Special Guardianship Orders, Adoption orders and more.
  • Oversee due diligence and make preparations for court such as court bundles.
  • Develop the department by generating new business and provide guidance/supervision to other team members.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE with Child Panel Accreditation.
  • Previous experience within child care (essential) and own advocacy (desirable).
  • Strong communicator, verbally and non-verbally.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
