Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Tax Chamber, who are looking for a Chartered Tax Advisor to join their team based in Central London.

Rate: £70,000
Location: Central London
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION

The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Offer support and guidance to clients on key English legal concepts underpinning tax lax. This will include contracts, trusts, partnerships, companies, land law and insolvency.
• Draft detailed tax advisory reports to summarise concepts.
• Work alongside client advisers who are typically solicitors, trustees, accountants or wealth managers and be able to build relationships with them.
• Undertake independent research, using printed texts and legal databases, on tax issues.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 3 years+ PQE (essential) with a full STEP membership (desirable).
• Previous experience in a Professional Services firm, ideally with Private Client tax work.
• Strong analytical skills and able to solve any issues efficiently.
• Highly organised and able to meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
