Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in Southeast London, are looking for an experienced CCTV Infrastructure Lead to join their team and play a crucial role in their Parking Services operations.
Position: CCTV Infrastructure Lead
Rate: £30.24 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temp (Feb 2027) Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Purpose: To lead and manage a wide range of CCTV-related projects within Parking Services. These projects may include the implementation of new CCTV systems, upgrades to existing technology, integration with parking enforcement solutions, procurement exercises, contract management, and maintenance programmes.
Job Responsibilities:
- The post holder is responsible for delivering assigned projects within agreed timescales and budgets, coordinating project teams that may include internal departments, external vendors, and contractors.
- Lead the delivery of CCTV projects assigned within the Annual Project Work Programme/Parking Operations Manager, using high value contracts.
- Manage the procurement and implementation of CCTV systems, ensuring compliance with corporate standing orders and procurement policies.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- Experienced in delivering CCTV/ANPR projects for parking services.
- Experienced in managing procurement and high-value contracts.
