Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a local authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer to join their team and play a crucial role in their bereavement operations.
Position: Bereavement Manager
Location: West London
Day Rate: £300 a day (Umbrella)
Contract: 3 months (Possible Exetnsion
Work Style: Hybrid Working
Duties:
- Provide professional management of the bereavement service area. Developing the current service area through innovation, compliance and thorough governance.
- Own Bereavement Business Plan actions, performance and commitments, adhering to delivery timescales and objectives.
- Manage complaints in alignment to corporate policy and procedures, providing effective and resolution offing responses, and internal lessons learnt reviews to reduce reoccurrences.
- Actively engage in ‘return to the floor’ activities ensuring a true understanding of the service, local complications and informing service decisions, and assisting in meaningful change management.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience within a Bereavement management role or similar.
- Experience of managing a commercial entity, and control of finance up to £8 million.
- Hold a current UK Drivers Licence or equivalent and have vehicle available for use at all times. (And the ability to tow trailers).
- Knowledge and skilled in creating positive long term business relations, aligning to corporate objectives.
