Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy client based in Southeast London, are looking for an experienced Asset Data Analyst to join their team and play a crucial role in their Repairs and Investment operations.
Position: Asset Data Analyst
Rate: Β£33.69 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: Temporary (Jan 2027) Possible Extension
Purpose:
- Undertake holistic analysis to understand the performance of the stock and introduce appropriate action plans of intervention or disinvestment in non-performing assets to ensure long-term viability of the property portfolio.
- Work flexibly with the Repairs and Investment Senior Management Team and across Housing and Safer Communities, to provide effective leadership and management that will contribute to the continuous improvement of the service and the directorate.
- Liaise with colleagues in Repairs and Investment, other Housing and Council departments to ensure effective planning and delivery of capital works Programmes.
- Analyse trends in responsive repairs and voids to reduce demand and improve efficiency.
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- Demonstrable knowledge of asset management legislation, systems, procedures and requirements eg DHS, code for sustainable homes etc.
- Knowledge of good practice in asset management planning with regard to long-term maintenance strategies and business planning.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
