  • Ensure approvals are completed by authorised approvers
  • Chase outstanding or unapproved timesheets
  • Verify contractors eligibility to work in the UK and check references
  • Complete compliance checks and keep accurate, up-to-date records
  • Manage contractor files and chase missing documentation
  • Handle timesheet, payroll, and general enquiries
  • Resolve timesheet and payroll issues promptly
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to help the team achieve targets
