Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing & Social Investment operations.
Position: Anti-Social Behaviour Officer
Rate: £28.07 per hour (Umbrella, Outside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (6-12 Months) with Possible Extension
Job Purpose: To take effective actions to address Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), improve the overall quality of life for Council residents and build safer communities.
Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure that case work is of the highest quality and ensure that residents feel supported throughout the process and strive for continuous service improvement.
- To take ownership of and investigate all allocated ASB cases and be the single point of contact for those involved, ensuring all actions used to abate ASB are effective and have measurable outcomes.
- To ensure safeguarding issues are addressed as part of a multi-agency approach, working together to remove residents from immediate risk and inform a long-term action plan in order to provide a permanent solution for all residents affected.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- At least 1 year experience within an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer role or equivalent.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
