Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Housing Association in Somerset, are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join their team and play a crucial role within their Housing Operation.

Position: Administration Officer

Rate: £20.33 p/h Umbrella

Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible Extension

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Duties:

  • Respond to low level day-to-day tenant queries regarding rent arrears, recharges, and relevant payment methods
  • Complete all rent or service charge administration requests within target
  • Provide general admin support to Income Officers.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of MRI (Capita) Open Housing preferable but not essential
  • Finance-related experience including experience of undertaking reconciliations.
  • Previous experience working as an Administration Officer or similar role
  • Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
