Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Liverpool.

Position: Litigation Solicitor
Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid)
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

• Work closely with the collections team, acting as legal escalation point whilst also supporting and developing a team.
• Oversee the preparation, review and issuing of claims within the litigation team.
• Authorise claims, judgements and enforcement actions in consideration of client instructions.
• Monitor case progress.
• Ensure compliance with CPR and SRA requirements.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Qualified Solicitor with property and/or civil litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of claims processes and enforcement.
• Experience supervising or supporting junior team members.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
