Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for an Experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Liverpool.

Position: Litigation Solicitor

Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience

Location: Liverpool (Hybrid after probation)

Work Type: Permanent

Job Description

The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Oversee the preparation, review and issuing of claims within the Litigation team.
  • Provide legal direction on case strategy, progression, judgement and enforcement.
  • Monitor case progress and intervene where matters require escalation or stall.
  • Act as legal escalation point for client queries and complex matters.
  • Supervise, coach and support your team.
  • Track and report on processes, identifying risks and opportunities for improvements.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

  • Qualified solicitor within property or civil litigation.
  • Strong working knowledge of claims processes and enforcement.
  • Comfortable working in a high-litigation environment.
  • Experience supervising or supporting junior team members.
