Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join their team in West Sussex.

Position: Litigation Solicitor
Rate: Negotiable depending on Experience
Location: West Sussex
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be doing the following in this position:

• Manage a varied dispute resolution caseload for businesses and individuals clients.
• Run matters collaboratively with a mixed-level team as well as individually.
• Supervise/mentor junior members of staff.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Minimum 3 years’ PQE within Litigation.
• Prepared to network and create new business.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
• Experience of supervising/mentoring staff.
