- PAY RATE: £43,000 - £55,000 dependant on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Providing high quality, timely, professional advice and representation for claimant respondent clients
- Preparing and drafting documents such as Form ET1 and ET3, witness statements and schedules of loss
- Attending clients, taking instructions and advising. Generally conducting files efficiently whilst maintaining the confidentiality of all the firm's and client's documents and information at all times
- Attending tribunal when necessary, including case management discussions and pre-hearing reviews
- Assisting other employment fee earners on their files where required
- Actively proposing and participating in agreed marketing initiatives
- Some travel to Market Harborough
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- NQ - 3 years PQE
