PAY RATE: £32,656 + Bonus

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Acting manager in absence of Registered Manager
• Managing staffing and operations
• Supporting inspections and external visits (e.g. Ofsted)
• Overseeing compliance and regulatory standards

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Experience in children’s residential care
• In-depth understanding of Ofsted regulations and children’s care standards
• A passion for making a real, positive difference in young people’s lives
• Strong relationships and council knowledge across South London and surrounding areas
