Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join their Family Help Team in the East Midlands.
Position: Senior Social Worker – Family Help Team
Rate: £38 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 3 months
Purpose:
To provide social work support to children and families, helping to improve outcomes and promote the safety and wellbeing of children.
Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake assessments and develop plans to support children and families.
- Work with families to identify needs, risks and appropriate interventions.
- Safeguard children and promote their welfare.
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports where required.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
- Previous experience working within children's social care.
- Experience supporting children and families, ideally within a Family Help or similar team.
- Strong assessment, safeguarding and case management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with families and multi-agency professionals.
