JOB ROLE:
A client following or proven referral sources is required and will ideally be a full-time role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Settle matters out of court through structured negotiations
- Prepare bundle cases
- Challenge unreasonable service and negotiations
- Respond to complaints
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- 5-10 years PQE
- Strong organisation skills
- Confident with the up to date law
- Flexible working
