Position: Private Client Solicitor

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
- Manage end-to-end probate matters from initial instruction through to estate distribution. This will include complex and high-value estates.
- Provide clear and high-quality legal advice to clients on estate administration and inheritance tax implications.
- Prepare and register Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Supervise and support team members.
- Partake in business development activities.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE experience in Private Client matters.
- STEP qualified (preferred but not essential).
- Strong technical knowledge of estate administration and inheritance tax.
- Strong communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
- Willing and able to partake in business development.
