Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in Wiltshire, are looking for an experienced HR Workforce Transformation Officer to join their team and play a crucial role in their HR operations.
Position: HR Workforce Transformation Officer
Location: Wiltshire
Rate: £30.59 p/h Umbrella
Contract: 6 months (Possible Extension)
Job Responsibilities:
- Support workforce transformation activity including organisational change, restructures and workforce planning.
- Commission, interpret and apply HR analytics and workforce data to inform evidence-based decisions and identify trends.
- Leverage systems, technology, artificial intelligence (AI) and digital solutions to enhance service delivery and workforce insight.
- Negotiate, consult and liaise with trade union representatives to support effective employee relations and resolve conflict.
- Undertake triage and risk assessment of HR issues, escalating where appropriate.
Job Requirements
- CIPD Qualified Level 5 or equivalent experience.
- Experience as an HR Manager/Consultant in a complex organisation, preferably with a focus on transformation projects.
- Proven experience working with trade unions and senior stakeholders.
- Degree (BSc/BA) or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience managing employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, attendance and wellbeing.
