Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced HR Administrator (Policy & Ops) to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing Operations.

Rate: £13.90 per hour (Umbrella)

Contract Duration: 7 Months

Work arrangement: Hybrid

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear guidance and support to customers on HR processes and procedures.
  • Maintain and analyse records, databases, and documents.
  • Resolve routine problems and recommend alternative actions when necessary.
  • Assist in monitoring budgets and financial information.

Job Requirements:

  • You will have an NVQ 2 Level 2 qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or Customer Services, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
  • At least 1 year experience within a HR Administrator (Policy & Ops) or equivalent.
