Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Home County Local Authority , are looking for an experienced Housing Options & Advice Worker x4 to join their team and play a crucial role within their Homelessness Operations
Role: Housing Options & Advice Worker x4
Pay: £44.47 ph Umbrella
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Contract Length: 3 months rolling
Responsibilities:
- Co-producing tailored, legal action plans (PHPs) with customers to resolve or prevent their specific housing crisis.
- Assisting clients with applications to the local My Home Options Choice Based Letting register and coordinating placements with partner housing associations.
- Intervening in tenancy disputes, advising on illegal evictions or harassment under the Protection from Eviction Act 1977, and mediating family or relationship breakdowns.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
- Experience working in a Housing Options & Advice Worker x4 or similar role
