Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in Cheshire, are looking for an experienced Housing Officer to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing Management Operations.

Rate: £18.48 PAYE

Contract Duration: 4 Months with possible extension

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Responsibilities:

  • To deliver a high quality housing management service that meets the identified needs of customers, the organisation and the wider community in line with Sanctuary Housing Services’ business plan.
  • Provide effective tenancy and resident management in line with the prescribed internal policies and good practices to build community cohesion.
  • The job sits within Housing Services which manages homes across England, providing general rented housing, housing for older people, market rent properties, shared ownership and home ownership accommodation.
  • It also provides housing related services including lettings, debt management, compliance, tenancy management and customer services support.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
  • Previous experience working in a Housing Officer or a similar role.
  • Full current driving licence.
  • NVQ3 in relevant area.
