Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a Local Authority, are looking for an experienced Housing Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing operations.
Position: Housing Manager
Salary: £22.64 per hour Umbrella
Contract Duration: 3 Month Contract(possible extension)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Purpose:
- Experienced housing manager required to cover a patch in Buckinghamshire and the local area. Hybrid role based from home with travel in and around the patch. Expenses paid, driving essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Seamlessly coordinate housing allocations, lettings, repairs, fire safety inspections, and void turnarounds.
- Manage anti-social behaviour and noise nuisance fairly and consistently, taking robust, well-evidenced enforcement action when necessary.
- Proactively tackle rent and service charge arrears early while supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- Experience working in a Housing Manager or similar role
- Enhanced DBS, Driving licence and access to a vehicle essential.
