Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Sussex, are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join their team and play a crucial role within their Law Operation
Position: Housing Maintenance Officer
Rate: Negotiable
Contract Duration: 3 months possible extension
Working Arrangement: Fully onsite
Job Duties:
- Support and assist the Property & Facilities Manager with the delivery of repairs and maintenance of the residential portfolio and ensure that repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Provide advice, guidance and permission in line with relevant policies and procedures such as alterations or rechargeable repairs to ensure that a consistent service is provided.
- Carry out inspections of vacant premises to meet the requirements of the insurers.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
- Experience working in a Housing Maintenance Officer or similar role
- Car + License Required
