Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Oxfordshire, are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join their team and play a crucial role within their Gas Operations.
Position: Gas Engineer
Rate: £27 p/h Umbrella
Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: Fully onsite
Job Duties:
- Installation, fault fixing, maintenance duties, installation and commissioning of gas central heating systems, in accordance with contract and service specifications.
- Tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed, in accordance with the agreed requisition procedures and budgets.
- Provide accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer.
- Ensure accurate daily work records are completed.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Gas Engineer or similar role.
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
- Driving License Required.
- ACS (previously ACOPS) Natural Gas Domestic qualification.
