Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a client in West Yorkshire, are looking for an experienced Gardener/Horticulturalist to join their team and play a crucial role in their maintenance operations.
Position: Gardener/Horticulturalist
Rate: £17.14 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (Oct 2026) Possible Extension
Purpose:

• The role involves carrying out a diverse range of open space and public realm gardening/horticultural tasks. Including; routine maintenance tasks, grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, hard and soft landscaping, fine turf care, ornamental horticulture, tree maintenance, machinery use and maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide an effective maintenance and improvement service for green spaces and street scene.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• Horticultural Certification NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
