Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Gloucestershire, are looking for an experienced Garden Waste Customer Care Officer to join their team and play a crucial role within their Customer Care Operation
Role: Garden Waste Customer Care Officer
Pay: £19.60 ph Umbrella
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Contract Length: 3 months rolling
Location: Gloucestershire
Responsibilities:
- To resolve enquiries from customers who wish to apply or renew their garden waste subscription by telephone.
- Obtain information to process requests and update computer records as appropriate, and to provide advice on all aspects of the waste and recycling service area
- Ensuring that the work is undertaken in accordance with legislation, the organisation's policy and the operational service plan of the section.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
- Experience working in a Garden Waste Customer Care Officer or similar role
