Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West Midlands, are looking for an experienced Family Support to join their team and play a crucial role within their Family Support Operation
Position: Family Support
Rate: £21.07 ph Umbrella
Contract Duration: 3 months possible extension
Working Arrangement: Fully onsite
Job Duties:
- Give practical advice and information on childcare, child development, child safety, nutrition, and early education.
- Support families with identified needs, manage an individual caseload, and participate in regular case supervision.
- Refer families to specialist services with their consent and closely monitor their progress and engagement.
- Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of emotional health services for parents, incorporating co-production strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
- Experience working in a Family Support or similar role
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, Working with Parents, or an equivalent qualification.
